生物谷报道:AKT/蛋白激酶 B信号作用通道调控细胞增殖和生长,参与包括细胞凋亡和葡萄糖代谢在内的细胞过程。虽然在其他通道构成部分中也发现了激发突变的现象,而以前却不知道有激发癌症的AKT点突变。但是现在,研究人员已经在人类乳腺癌、结肠直肠癌和卵巢癌中发现了AKT1中的一个突变,该突变通过增强其膜联系作用来激发这种激酶,从而将AKT1与癌症的发生直接关联了起来。这项研究结果发表在最新一期的《自然》杂志上。
